Flamingo Estate is a Los Angeles lifestyle brand rooted in slow living, botanical luxury, and the belief that pleasure is a form of wellness. Born from a 1940s Spanish Revival property in the hills above Eagle Rock, the brand sells candles, bath products, and garden-fresh foods and has become one of the more culturally resonant D2C stories of the last decade.

We built the digital foundation from zero and helped scale to $25M+ in annual revenue. Over five years: full e-commerce architecture, Shopify theme, digital design system, subscription experience, landing page design, and ongoing A/B testing support.

We refined the experience across three high-impact areas. An exclusive membership program, local delivery checkout options, and subscription system delivery date picker giving subscribers the flexibility to choose dates that fit their lives.

Campaign landing pages were designed, built, and continuously A/B tested to improve return on ad spend over time. On mobile, data showed users tapping the primary product image with nowhere to go. We redesigned the interaction into a swipeable gallery that reinforced value props at the moment of decision, resulting in a measurable lift in both add-to-bag and purchase rates.
