Better Colony is a microbiome brand built on a single idea: the gut is a daily input into how you think, feel, and function, not just how you digest. The launch product is a daily psychobiotic sachet formulated for the gut-brain axis. The category stops at digestion. Better Colony needed an identity equal to a more ambitious premise, one that could hold clinical rigor and human warmth at once, and stand apart in a space where every competitor looks the same.
We designed the identity as a system from the start. A dotted wordmark that references the microbiome it comes from. An embossed mark carried across every surface. A complete typographic and color system built to extend across future products, from the launch sachet to the full microbiome roadmap.

The product is built on a Three-Channel Method, three clinically dosed ingredients, each taking a different route from gut to brain. We translated that science into a clear on-pack system: Feed, Regulate, Colonize, Modulate. The mechanism made legible without tipping clinical.
Packaging was the primary brand touchpoint. We designed the daily sachet and the retail carton as one considered object, tactile, embossed, and built to perform at the scale a customer first meets it, in a feed and in the hand.
The verbal identity holds the same tension as the visual one. Precise, grounded, and never hyped. Engineered for Everyday Equilibrium. Not a better day occasionally. A steady one, every day.
